What To Expect
Submit Deal - Broker submits deal through our Website or Email
Soft Quote - Once Deal is received Coldesina Capital will provide broker with a soft quote to review with client
Needs List - If client wants to proceed Coldesina Capital will send a needs list of items necessary to select a lender for your deal
Lender Sourcing - Upon receipt of items Coldesina Capital will package the loan and review with lenders to find the best terms. Once a lender is secured we will request any additional items needed for an LOI
Fee Agreement - Broker provides fees to be charged and Coldesina Capital will send you a fee agreement. This must be signed by the client before we share the LOI. The fee is payable only if the deal closes.
LOI - Coldesina Capital will provide broker with the LOI from the lender to have signed and returned with any deposit due
Processing - Coldesina Capital processing team sends a kickoff email to all parties and begins the underwriting process
